Chocolate Lava Cake

1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease 2–4 ramekins (or cupcake molds) with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Shake out the excess.
2. In a bowl, melt butter and chocolate together using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
3. In another bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes). Stir in the melted chocolate mixture. Add flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
4. Pour batter into the greased ramekins, filling them ¾ full. Bake for 10–12 minutes. The edges should be firm, but the center should be soft.
5. Let them cool for 1 minute. Run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or berries.
