Instructions

1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Turn off the heat.

2. Add tea bags and let them steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on how strong you want it. Then remove tea bags

3. While the tea is still warm, stir in sugar or honey until dissolved.

4. Let the tea cool slightly, then add fresh lemon juice.

5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice cubes. Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves if desired.
