Veggie Omelette

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and milk. Whisk well until frothy.

2. Add all the chopped veggies into the egg mixture. Mix everything together.

3. Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

4. Pour the egg-vegetable mixture into the pan. Spread it evenly.

5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is set.

6. Flip carefully and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes.

7. Fold and serve hot with toast, ketchup, or green chutney.
