Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango (peeled & chopped)
- ½ cup yogurt or curd
- ½ cup chilled milk (or water for lighter version)
- 1–2 tsp honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
- A pinch of cardamom (optional, for flavor)
Instructions
1. Add mango, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and ice to a blender.
2. Blend until creamy and lump-free.
3. Pour into glasses. Garnish with mango cubes or mint (optional). Enjoy cold!
